TCCI works with government, business, and the broader community to ensure the interests of Tasmanian businesses are heard, understood, and reflected in decision making. Our advocacy is informed by data, led by lived experience, and strengthened by member input.

We don't just speak on behalf of business — we work with businesses, across industries and regions, to find practical solutions to the issues that matter most.

### How we can assist

#### Policy & Representation

We advocate at all levels of government on key issues including workforce, skills, infrastructure, regulation, and economic growth

#### Direct Member Input

Members can raise concerns, highlight challenges, or suggest ideas via our online member feedback form — helping shape the TCCI agenda.

#### Collaborative Campaigns

We partner with regional chambers, industry bodies, and government to develop initiatives that deliver real value for business and the Tasmanian economy.

#### Tasmanian Survey of Business Expectations (TSBE)

As Tasmania’s longest running business sentiment survey, the TSBE provides quarterly insights into business confidence, challenges, and expectations. The findings inform our advocacy and help shape policy discussions

#### Clean Energy Tasmania Initiative

Established in 2023, this committee provides a unified industry voice on Tasmanian energy matters, offering research and analysis on the importance of the clean energy industry to Tasmania and enabling TCCI to act on behalf of committee members in advocacy activities relating to energy policy

#### Tasmanian Chamber Alliance

Through the Chamber Alliance, TCCI collaborates with regional chambers across the state, extending our reach and ensuring that businesses, big and small, around Tasmania are represented and have access to our services
