In this 30-minute session, Abbey, our Senior Workplace Relations Consultant, will explore the process for making and responding to flexible working arrangement requests, including the factors employers should consider and the obligations that apply.

She’ll help you understand when requests can be approved or refused, what constitutes reasonable business grounds, and how to approach these conversations with confidence.
