#### Employer of Choice Assist (EOCA)

A free, confidential service for small businesses (20 full-time employees or fewer), offering expert guidance on key workforce challenges. You’ll receive one-on-one support to improve workplace culture, retain staff, strengthen HR practices and access tools and templates to build your internal capability. This service is delivered by TCCI and funded by Jobs Tasmania.
