Employer of Choice Assist (EOCA)
A free, confidential service for smallbusinesses (20 full-time employees or fewer), offering expert guidance on keyworkforce challenges. You’ll receive one-on-one support to improve workplaceculture, retain staff, strengthen HR practices and access tools and templates tobuild your internal capability. This service is delivered by TCCI and funded by Jobs Tasmania.
