Have you found yourself in a leadership role without formal training?

**Mates to Manager** is designed for those who’ve stepped into leadership and want to succeed with confidence.

This interactive, hands-on program is perfect for new leaders or those who’ve “fallen into” management without preparation.

With a maximum of 5 participants per group, you’ll benefit from personalised guidance, shared experiences, and real-world application between sessions.

Over five dynamic half-day workshops, you’ll build essential leadership skills to:

- **Manage and motivate:** Discover techniques to engage your team and get the best out of each individual.
