TCCI ready to work with new Cabinet to deliver for Tasmanians

The CEO of the Tasmanian Chamber of Commerce and Industry, Michael Bailey, said he is looking forward to working with the Gutwein Government and the newly announced Cabinet.

 

“We believe the Cabinet announced today has the right mix of skills and experience to get the job done and we are ready to play our part and support the Government delivering for Tasmania,” Mr Bailey said.

 

“Every portfolio has a really important role to play in helping to grow Tasmania’s economy, create jobs and support our communities. 

 

“The most fundamental challenge for the incoming Government and the new Cabinet is to ensure they deliver on all of their election commitments in a timely way.  The Liberals outlined a strong vision for the State that included significant investment and creating fantastic opportunities, and it’s time now to get on with the job.”
