Session 1:
In this session you’ll learn how to communicate with clarity and professionalism, manage challenging interactions, and use body language effectively. Discover tools to resolve conflicts, master active listening, and handle difficult conversations with confidence.
Session 2:
You'll learn how to communicate with clarity and purpose, deliver feedback that drives improvement, and adapt your leadership style to suit any situation. Discover how to overcome communication barriers, support a learning-focused environment, and bring out the best in every individual on your team.
Session 3:
You’ll learn how to identify and address behaviours that could lead to bullying, harassment, or discrimination, and how to support diversity and inclusion. Participants will also learn how to recognise psychosocial hazards and contribute to a mentally healthy workplace..
Session 4:
You’ll learn how to communicate expectations clearly, address performance gaps effectively, and conduct productive performance discussions. With strategies for providing meaningful feedback and developing tailored performance plans, you'll gain the tools to turn difficult conversations into pathways for improvement and success.
Session 5:
You’ll learn how to identify and manage the causes of workplace stress, communicate with empathy and support others effectively. With practical questioning techniques to uncover challenges, deliver constructive feedback, and actionable strategies to enhance resilience for yourself and your team.
