WORKSHOP 2 : 

EMOTIONALLY INTELLIGENT LEADERSHIP


The second in TCCI’s Leadership Masterclass Series, this workshop focuses on enhancing your emotional intelligence (EQ) to improve workplace performance. You’ll complete a 15-minute online EQ assessment and receive a personalised report to understand how emotions impact your leadership. Learn to manage both your own emotional states and those of others, fostering stronger relationships, better communication, and a more positive workplace. With practical insights and mentoring, this workshop equips you with the tools to lead with empathy and make a lasting impact.


WORKSHOP 1 : 

LEADERSHIP ESSENTIALS PLUS


Kick off TCCI’s Leadership Masterclass Series with an in-depth exploration of DISC, a globally recognised tool for improving productivity, teamwork, and communication. In this workshop, you’ll complete a 15-minute online assessment and receive a personalised DISC profile. Gain insights into your general characteristics, communication style, and how others perceive you. Learn to adapt your behaviour, improve interactions, and create an action plan to motivate and manage your team effectively. Unlock the power of behavioural insights to lead with confidence and drive success.

WORKSHOP 4:

TIME MANAGEMENT AND GOAL SETTING

This workshop provides simple and practical time management strategies to get more out of every day and includes goal setting strategies and techniques, use of goal setting to prioritise and manage multiple tasks, aligning of goals and daily tasks to business objectives, distinguishing between urgent versus important tasks, addressing whether you're overworked or under organised, developing effective work schedules, working efficiently as well as effectively, identifying measures of success, and developing a Personal Action Plan. By the completion of this course, the participant will be able to prioritise work tasks, identify and manage time wasters, recognise time management strengths and limitations, set and monitor personal work goals, understand the difference between urgent and important tasks, use time more efficiently, and assist others in managing their time to improve efficiency and effectiveness.

WORKSHOP 3:

HAVING DIFFICULT CONVERSATIONS


One of the major causes of workplace issues is the tendency to avoid difficult conversations or providing others with constructive criticism/negative feedback. In this workshop, we will use the information in the DISC and EQ profiles to understand why some conversations are more difficult than others, formulate ways to engage with individuals for maximum impact as well as understand the formula for being able to diffuse emotions and have meaningful conversations for positive impact.
