This program is designed to deliver practical skills in the delivery and facilitation of internal training sessions and look at ways of measuring the outcomes or impact of training. 

Participants will develop a better understanding of how to train and mentor employees in a workplace setting. More effective workplace training leads to a more productive and capable workforce.

This course is designed to assist anyone who manages or supervises people in the workplace in all sectors and regardless of size, to deliver quality training and achieve tangible outcomes from training. 

This course is also suitable for those undertaking inductions and/or responsible for training new employees.
